Learning About History in Colorado Springs- Manitou Cliff Dwellings

Tucked under a red sandstone overhang are the 700 hundred year old Anasazi cliff dwellings called Manitou Cliff Dwellings.  Climb around inside and truly experience these historical structures.  That was one of the children's favorite parts;  instead of just looking at the ruins, they were able to be hands-on.  Often times there is Native American dancing in the summer months.  There is a snack stand available during the summer.
