The Denver Zoo- A Fun Day Out
The Denver Zoo is a fun day out for the whole family! Visit nearly 4000 animals on 80 acres in City Park. There are several Wildlife Encounters throughout the day where you get up close and friendly with a variety of wildlife. During our visit the children got to pet a snake and learned all about the different features of snakes. Apparently there are different Wildlife Encounters on different days. There is a train and shuttle available at an additional charge. Restaurant and snack stands on site. Be prepared for lots of walking!
