Hammond's Candies has been making tasty treats for 84 years.  Their candy canes are sold in fine stores across the country.   According to Hammond's, even Santa Claus himself is a client.   They offer a free tour which ends at a store that sells their tasty treats.  The tour starts with a short video (even the young children seemed interested in most of it).  Then the group is led to observation windows to see how the candy is made.  It's a very interesting process to watch.   The tour is short enough to hold the interest of even young children.  The tour guides provide lots of information and are happy to answer questions.  Everyone receives a sample at the end of the tour.
