Besides elk there is also an interesting Lewis & Clark display. Many of the exhibits are interactive (such as identifying animal tracks and testing your knowledge areas). The facility also offers a wooded nature trail where you can often see deer, turkeys and eagles. FAMILY FRIENDLY PROS- We liked the variety of information provided and the interactive aspects. The trail was scenic. FAMILY FRIENDLY CONS- The kids were ready to move on past displays rather quickly. |
